    • Access to kitchenette with tea, coffee and water cooler

    • Free car parking for your visitors during office hours (subject to availability)

    • Free car parking after 5.00pm weekdays and all weekend

    • Secure cycle storage

    • Showers

    • Access to MMU’s library

    • Access to Sugden Sports Centre at a reduced rate

    • Networking opportunities and access to mentors, events and masterclasses

  • • Adhere to the Innospace licence agreement

    • £100 refundable deposit

    • Minimum of £1M Public Liability Insurance

    • Engage with MMU and available support

The virtual licence provides access to Hot Desk space for up to one day per week and the meeting and seminar rooms for up to half a day (additional charges apply should you wish to use the space for longer).

The virtual licences are open to all businesses.
